Terms of Use

1. Who we are

KlassKlub is a marketplace and matchmaking service. We help students and parents ("Students/Parents") find tutors ("Tutors") for online classes anywhere in India and offline home tuition in Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad). We are not a school and do not directly employ Tutors as teachers — we connect families with independent Tutors and coordinate the process on their behalf.

2. Using KlassKlub

• You must provide accurate information (such as name, phone number, subject, grade, and location) when submitting an enquiry, requesting a demo class, or applying to teach, so we can serve you properly.
• Enquiries and communication with Tutors are coordinated through the KlassKlub team, typically over WhatsApp. Students/Parents do not contact Tutors directly through the platform; our team facilitates the introduction.
• You agree not to use KlassKlub for any unlawful purpose, to harass Tutors or our team, or to submit false or misleading information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or apply as a Tutor. If you are a parent enquiring on behalf of a minor student, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Tutors on KlassKlub

• Tutors listed on KlassKlub are independent individuals, not employees or agents of KlassKlub. We take reasonable steps to verify Tutors before listing them, but we cannot guarantee the conduct, qualifications, or performance of any Tutor at all times.
• Tutors who join our platform agree to represent their subjects, experience, availability, and fees accurately, and to conduct classes professionally.
• KlassKlub may charge Tutors a commission on tuition fees earned through classes arranged via our platform, as communicated separately at the time of onboarding. There are no listing fees for Tutors to join.
• KlassKlub reserves the right to remove any Tutor from the platform at its discretion, including for complaints, inaccurate information, or unprofessional conduct.

4. Fees and payments

Tuition fees for classes are agreed directly between Students/Parents and the Tutor (or communicated by our team on the Tutor's behalf), and are payable as agreed at the time of confirming classes. KlassKlub does not guarantee specific pricing beyond what is communicated for a given match, and fees may vary by subject, grade, mode (online or offline), and location.

5. Demo classes and cancellations

Where offered, demo classes are meant to help Students/ Parents evaluate a Tutor before committing to regular classes. Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling a demo class or regular classes should be communicated to our team on WhatsApp as early as possible, so we can coordinate with the Tutor accordingly.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

While we carefully match Students/Parents with suitable Tutors based on subject, grade, location, and availability, KlassKlub does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, exam results, or that any particular Tutor will be a perfect fit. We encourage open communication with our team if a match is not working out, so we can help find an alternative.

7. Website content and intellectual property

All content on KlassKlub — including our name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is owned by KlassKlub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

KlassKlub facilitates connections between Students/Parents and Tutors but is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions or classes conducted between them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlassKlub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we make changes. Continued use of KlassKlub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of KlassKlub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
