• Usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected through standard web analytics.
• Advertising identifiers and interactions with our site through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and show relevant ads.

2. How we use your information

• To connect you with tutors that match your subject, grade, location, and timing preferences.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or phone regarding your enquiry, demo class, or ongoing classes — our team coordinates between students/parents and tutors directly, so you never need to share your number publicly.
• To respond to tutor applications and manage onboarding of tutors onto the platform.
• To improve our website, understand how visitors use KlassKlub, and run marketing campaigns that help more families discover us.
• To maintain records of enquiries and classes for quality and support purposes.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited situations:

• With tutors — once you request a demo class or confirm interest, we share the necessary details (e.g. name, phone number, subject, grade, area) with the matched tutor so classes can be arranged.
• Service providers — we use trusted third-party tools and services to operate the platform. These providers only process data on our behalf.

4. WhatsApp communication

KlassKlub primarily communicates through WhatsApp. When you message us or click a "Contact on WhatsApp" link, you are starting a conversation with the KlassKlub team, not directly with a tutor. This lets us verify your requirements and match you with the right tutor before sharing any contact details. Standard WhatsApp/Meta data practices apply to messages sent through WhatsApp.

We retain enquiry, tutor, and class-related information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your requests, and meet legal or operational requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in the "Your choices" section below.
